1. UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days, FREE on orders over £50 (£3.99 under £50). Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days, £6.99. Next-day delivery: order before 2pm, £9.99. Saturday delivery available for £12.99.
2. European Delivery
Standard European delivery: 5–10 working days, from £8.99. Express European delivery: 3–5 working days, from £14.99. Prices vary by destination country. Duties and taxes may apply.
3. International Delivery
We ship to 180+ countries worldwide. Standard international delivery: 7–21 working days, from £12.99. Express international: 5–10 working days, from £24.99. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next working day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be extended.
5. Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Track your order via the link in your email or in your account dashboard under Order History.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Uncollected parcels are returned to us after 7 days and a re-delivery fee may apply.
