Brandhoo offers four account roles:

• •Customer — browse, purchase, and engage with content.
• •Creator — upload videos, earn commissions, and build an audience.
• •Seller — list products, manage inventory, and fulfil orders.
• •Admin — platform management (Brandhoo staff only).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at[email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"), including videos, images, product listings, and comments.

By uploading User Content, you grant Brandhoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

All User Content must comply with our Community Guidelines. You represent and warrant that:

• •You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• •Your content does not violate any third-party rights.
• •Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Brandhoo reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Sellers on the Platform agree to:

• •List only genuine, accurately described products that they have the right to sell.
• •Fulfil orders promptly and in accordance with the stated delivery timeframes.
• •Maintain accurate stock levels and pricing.
• •Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).
• •Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted goods.

Brandhoo operates a buyer protection programme. If your order does not arrive or significantly differs from the listing description, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact[email protected] within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns are subject to the individual seller's returns policy, which must comply with applicable consumer law. UK customers have a statutory right to return most goods within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Brandhoo acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

Creators may upload video content, build an audience, and earn commissions on sales generated through their content. Creator accounts are subject to additional verification requirements.

Creators may generate unique affiliate links for products listed on the Platform. Commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link. Commission rates are set by Brandhoo and may vary by product category.

Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum threshold of £25. Brandhoo reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, returns, or chargebacks. All commission income may be subject to tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

Creators must clearly disclose any commercial relationships, including affiliate links and sponsored content, in accordance with the UK ASA guidelines and applicable advertising standards. Failure to disclose may result in account suspension.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe'sTerms of Service. Brandhoo does not store full payment card details.

Brandhoo charges sellers a commission on each completed sale. Current fee rates are displayed in the Seller Dashboard. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform, including VAT, income tax, and any other applicable levies. Brandhoo may collect and remit VAT on certain transactions as required by law.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to[email protected] with the required information under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or applicable UK law.
